Born Wells, Somerset. Educated at Wells Blue Grammar School and the West of England College of Art. Worked for various commercial studios and then in 1986 started his own business as illustrator and designer. Has illustrated various children`s books and as a painter has exhibited widely in the West Country. His ambition is to paint full time. Has a liberal view about art that there is a place for everything. (J.F.C.)
