| A Bristolian educated at Clifton College and Cambridge. Elected an Artist Member in 1933 and in that same year one of his paintings was accepted by the Bristol Art Gallery. He was an architect by profession and gained his ARIBA in 1937. Interested in wood and lino cuts and some of these appeared in Grouse. Two of his paintings hang on our walls. He later moved to Bath and then Tunbridge Wells where he was still in practice in 1976. (Cecil Broome) |
